Navigate to the currency tab relevant to your organisation. Then select your preferred customer plan from the options available.

All new customers are offered a free 14 day trial, select to start your trial and you will be taken to our dedicated billing page where you must provide your customer and billing information. Customer can choose to signup and pay monthly, or receive a 20% discount by signing up for an annual plan.

Payment options may differ depending on your region and selected currency. However as standard across all territories and currencies we offer the following payment methods:

  • Debit/Credit Card (including Mastercard, Visa, American Express)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

After signing up our team will be notified and they will aim to have your platform set up within 1 business day (not including weekends).

Once set up, you will receive 2 emails from us:

  • A Welcome email from our team with all the relevant information you need including how to access your customer portal, support articles and terms and conditions
  • An Administrator email informing you that your access has been enabled and you can now sign in to GameDay

Your billing schedule will depend on when you first sign up to GameDay.

All new customers are offered a 14 day free trial. The day after your trial ends will become your billing date and GameDay will charge your chosen payment method for all future payments. The frequency of billing depends on your selected

  • Monthly Recurring: GameDay will charge you every month on your billing date monthly, in advance
  • Annual Recurring: GameDay will charge you every year on your billing date annually, in advance

Please note that customers who wish to pay annually receive a 20% discount

Customers will receive an email from our support team containing all the relevant information as soon as your platform has been created. We aim to have this set up within 1 business day of your signup.

Once signed up to a plan, you will get access to a customer portal where you can do any of the following:

  • Update payment details
  • Update customer details
  • Upgrade/change your plan
  • Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time within the customer portal. Upon cancellation, your access to the service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be incurred following the cancellation. Your service will automatically terminate at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be billed for subsequent periods. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the service during the billing period in which you cancel.
