There will be a change to settlement frequency for customers on GameDay Passport transacting in Australian Dollars.
This change will come into effect from 01 November 2022.
Settlement of funds to customers transacting in Australian Dollars currently occurs 3 times per week. This will move to a once per week distribution from 01 November 2022.

How will this transition work?
The final “3 per week” settlement will occur on Thursday 27 October 2022.
Thursday 27 October settlement will include:

Credit Card/PayPal transactions from Monday 24th October 7am – Tuesday 25th October 6.59am

POLi transactions from Sunday 23rd October 7am – Tuesday 25th October 6.59am

Openpay transactions from – from Monday 24th October 7am – Tuesday 25th October 6.59am
What happens after this?
The initial “once per week” settlement will occur on Tuesday 01 November 2022 and will include transactions pro-rata for the week.
Tuesday 01 November settlement will include:
Transactions from Tuesday 25th October 7am – Saturday 29th October 6.59am for:

Openpay
The subsequent “once per week” settlement will occur on Tuesday 08 November 2022 and will include transactions for a full week which will continue on an ongoing basis.

Transactions from Saturday 29th October 7am – Saturday 5th November 6.59am for:

What about ongoing weekly settlements?

Settlement funds will be distributed to organisations once per week.

The weekly settlement period is from Saturday (07:00am) to Saturday (06:59am) AEST/AEDT each week

Settlements will be created each week for the preceding weeks settlement period

Settlements are distributed each Tuesday for the settlement period ending the previous Saturday at 6:59am

Depending on your banking institution, the settlement amounts will appear in your Organisations nominated bank account within 1-3 business days (usually from a Wednesday each week)

There’s a few reasons why we’re making this change;

Aligns our Australian customers on GameDay Passport with all other customers on GameDay Passport which are on a once per week settlement frequency for their transacting currency

This change aligns GameDay Passport with other GameDay products where there is a once per week settlement

We can better support our customers with a streamlined process of a once per week settlement frequency amongst various products and currencies

Reduces your need to reconcile settlements against multiple distributions and reports per week, helping to also streamline this process
