It’s time to introduce you to the GameDay team! 

Get to know our fantastic group that little bit better. Today we’ll be chatting with Head of Websites Luke Hally.

When did you join the GameDay team?

February 2020.

What is your sport of choice as a spectator?

Tennis or MotoGP.

Are there any sporting activities that you like to participate in?

Lawn bowls. 

Who is your sporting hero and why?

Rafa Nadal – he’s so cool and awesome to watch play!

What is your favourite sporting memory or experience?

Sitting under a stadium full of umbrellas at the French Open.

Describe a normal working day for you in four sentences or less…

The great thing about my role is that I never know what will happen in a day. I might spend it working on longer term projects to make our websites the best club sites in the world or have legacy issues pop up to provide some extra excitement.

What is your favourite way to relax?

Picnic at the park with my son.

Do you have any pets?

No, I like to travel too much!

Favourite band/musician?

Tough one! Rolling Stones and Elton John have been the best live acts I’ve seen.

What is something you want to achieve in 2021?

I’m working to become a certified Cicerone – a beer expert. Hopefully I will do that this year.
