December 2021 releases are outlined below:

New Features:

  • Add-On Products – More Info | Help Article
    • Users are able to purchase add-on products from the membership form and event form as additional steps in the form
    • The whole add-on products feature surfaces in the live environment
    • System defined product attributes are now surfaced in the admin portal
    • The administrator can now define their own customised product attributes
    • Ability to view a list of members with associated purchased add-on products
    • Ability to view a list of event participants with associated purchased add-on products
Functionality changes:
  • Combined settlement report for Membership & Event products
  • Sub-event landing page changes to hide sub-events
  • Ability to reallocate historical member IDs
  • Update display of Welcome and Confirmation Messages on registration forms
  • New field in Organisation Details – Tax Identification Number – Help Article
  • This field will display on the Payment Receipt  
  • When creating/editing a Product, the Sales Tax setting is now editable which will then adjust the display of any applicable sales tax for a Product on the Payment Receipt
  • Display of dynamic tax label and settings based on an organisations currency & tax settings
  • Update of Payment Receipt in Order Confirmation email
    • include Tax Identification Number
    • adjust terminology and include dynamic tax settings

  • Update Payment Summary/ Invoice terminology to Payment Receipt [future release]
